This position provides leadership and oversight for day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, janitorial services, building systems, vendors, employees, and service delivery. The Overnight Operations Manager serves as a primary point of contact between ABM, the client, employees, contractors, and service providers, ensuring that contractual requirements, operational standards, safety expectations, and customer objectives are consistently achieved. The role requires a hands-on operational leader who can manage people, processes, budgets, vendors, and customer relationships while driving continuous improvement and accountability.\nShift: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (weekend availability required)\nCompensation: $80,000 annual salary (US Dollars)\nThe pay listed is the salary range for this position. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Staff & Management\n Specific Duties/Essential Job Functions: (Other duties may be assigned)\nAchieve operational performance and functional service activities.\nProvide technical guidance, interpret policies and procedures, and assist front line employees in performing functional task.\nEnsure that shift schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.) a week in advance.\nEnsure all call-off are covered.\nAccommodate increase / decreased client staffing requests.\nManage the No-Fault Attendance Policy.\nRepresent ABM by participating in client briefings and communicating with Client representatives on a frequent basis regarding operations.\nManage daily schedules, including employee lunches and breaks.\nMaintain daily shift report for managers.\nMaintain communication with Shift Managers to monitor and maintain optimum staffing levels.\nEffectively coach, counsel and discipline employees.\nConduct Safety and Quality audits.\nResponsible for the movement of personnel between checkpoints.\nWork with Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety, security, and quality of the operation.\nSet positive, professional example for workforce.\nEnsure front-line employee compliance with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.\nEstablish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.\nComply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients and regulatory authorities.\nMiscellaneous duties as assigned.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nCabin Agents, Cabin leads\n Physical Demands:\n(The Physical Demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
