As a Passenger Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of the passenger experience, including baggage, check-in, and ticketing. The Passenger Assistant Supervisor will provide a high level of service with a focus on customer satisfaction and ensure that every passenger is assisted in a timely and efficient manner. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Staff & Management\n Essential Job Functions: (Other duties may be assigned.)\nAchieve operational performance and functional service activities.\nProvide technical guidance and interpret policies and procedures to assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks. \nMonitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels.\nEnsure that future schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.)\nEnsure all call offs are covered.\nAccommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests.\nManage employee lunches and breaks.\nManage the No-Fault Attendance Policy\nParticipate in client briefings and communicate with Client representatives on a frequent basis regarding operations.\nManage daily schedules.\nMaintain daily shift report for managers.\nPerform basic administrative and payroll functions (if applicable).\nMaintain communication with Duty Managers to maintain optimum staffing levels.\nEffectively coach, counsel and discipline employees.\nConduct service audits.\nResponsible for the movement of personnel between checkpoints\nWork with Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety and security of the operation.\nSet positive, professional example for workforce.\nEnsure front-line employee compliance with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities. \nMiscellaneous duties as assigned\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nFront-Line employees on designated account and shift.\nOther:\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
