Our user base is growing fast, and our team is remote-first across multiple countries.\nRole overview:\n\nAs a Product Manager, you will take responsibility for entire product areas — not isolated features. You'll work as part of the team rather than above it: deciding what's worth improving, making it happen together with engineering and design, and staying accountable for the result.\nWhat will you do: \n\nOwn your product areas end to end: understand how they work today, find what holds them back, and drive the improvements that matter most.\n\nWork hand in hand with engineering, QA, design, BI, and marketing — as a team player who helps the team ship, not as someone who hands over requirements and waits.\n\nDig into customer needs, problems, and opportunities: talk to users, study support conversations and behavior data, and tell apart what people ask for from what they actually need.\n\nHelp shape product strategy, roadmap development, and quarterly planning.\n\nDefine and monitor product KPIs, using data to evaluate outcomes and guide decisions.\n\nManage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, risks, and dependencies.\n\nTranslate product opportunities into clear requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout delivery.\n\nPartner with Customer Success and other stakeholders to gather feedback and turn it into product improvements.\n\nCommunicate product priorities, decisions, trade-offs, and results to relevant stakeholders.\n\nGrow with the product — we move fast, priorities shift, and the scope of what you own will expand as the product does.\nRequirements for a Candidate:\n\n4+ years of product management experience.\n\nProven experience owning the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap development through backlog prioritization, delivery, launch, measurement, and optimization.\n\nStrong product discovery skills, including customer interviews, market research, competitor analysis, and hypothesis validation.\n\nAbility to translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.\n\nData-driven mindset with the ability to define and track product KPIs, analyze funnels, cohorts, retention, conversion, churn, LTV, CAC, and revenue impact.\n\nExperience with A/B testing, product experiments, and decision-making based on metrics.\n\nSolid knowledge of stakeholder management and risk management.\n\nGood understanding of unit economics.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nExperience using AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, or workflow automation. \n\nEnglish at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher, both written and spoken, for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.\n\nBonus points:\n\nExperience with US healthcare or insurance products — telehealth, pharmacy, EHR/EMR, or claims and coverage flows. A strong plus, but not required; we just want you to be prepared for how strict a HIPAA-conscious environment is.\n\nExperience with AI-enabled features in production — not prototypes, but features real users depend on, with the quality, cost, and edge-case handling that implies.\n\nExperience with BPMN or other process modeling tools — one of the most effective ways to align engineering, QA, and business stakeholders on how a flow should work.\n\nHands-on experience with mobile apps for iOS and/or Android, including release cycles and app store review.\nTeam & culture:\n\nThe core team has worked together for years (some 8–10+), even though this product itself is a young spin-off — you're joining an experienced crew, not a green startup team.\n\nDirect, no-nonsense communication culture — disagreeing with your manager is normal and welcomed, not risky.\n\nYou work closely with engineering, QA, BI, design, marketing, and customer success — a real cross-functional team behind you.\n\nAI tools are part of daily life here: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and others — used deliberately, not as a crutch.\n\nRemote-first across multiple countries;
