Store Manager (m/f) - Permanent Contract

Join Balzac Paris, a B Corp certified brand dedicated to eco-responsibility and timeless fashion. As the Store Manager of our new flagship store in Marylebone, you will be responsible for store management, business and commercial management, human capital and people management, stock management, and overall management. You should have prior experience as a Store Manager within a high-end ready-to-wear brand and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Missions

• Assurer la gestion quotidienne du magasin, y compris la conformité aux procédures et stratégies établies par la direction.
• Surveiller les ventes et les indicateurs financiers, comprendre le P&L du magasin et respecter les contraintes budgétaires.
• Gérer les employés, y compris le recrutement, la formation, la planification des horaires et l'évaluation des performances.

• You are organized and possess excellent interpersonal skills. A true leader, you have a strong commercial drive, a results-oriented mindset, and a taste for teamwork.

• You have prior experience as a Store Manager within a high-end ready-to-wear brand.
