Supporting the day-to-day administration, coordination and operation of the Cookery School, this role ensures courses, events and guest experiences are delivered seamlessly and to the highest standards.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nActing as a Daylesford ambassador, the Cookery School Assistant will provide excellent customer service, maintain booking systems and course information, support marketing activities and work closely with chefs and operational teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest. The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused and passionate about food, hospitality and the Daylesford brand.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDeliver exceptional customer service across all customer touchpoints, ensuring every interaction reflects Daylesford's values and standards.\n\nRespond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email and in person.\n\nSupport customers with bookings, amendments, cancellations and general enquiries.\n\nWelcome guests to the Cookery School and contribute to a warm, informative and engaging experience.\n\nAct as an ambassador for Daylesford, promoting our courses, products and experiences.\n\nSupport the administration and coordination of cookery courses, workshops and events.\n\nPrepare guest lists, joining instructions and course materials ahead of classes.\n\nAssist in ensuring the Cookery School is presented to the highest standards at all times.\n\nSupport chefs and operational teams in the smooth delivery of courses and events.\n\nAssist with the creation and scheduling of content across digital and social media channels.\n\nMaintain accurate records, filing systems and customer databases.\n\nAssist with sales, booking and attendance reporting.\n\nSupport the wider business and undertake additional duties as reasonably required.\n\nSKILLS & REQUIREMENTS\nExperience in an administrative, customer service, hospitality or events environment.\n\nExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExperience using Microsoft Office applications and booking systems.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPassion for food, hospitality and delivering outstanding customer
