Working closely with the Interior Designer and wider project team, you will oversee the operational delivery of project materials, from sourcing and sampling through to procurement, logistics, financial administration and final on-site installation.\nA strong understanding of the standards and attention to detail expected within a luxury environment is essential. You will play a key role in ensuring that every element is carefully coordinated and delivered to the highest standards, supporting the successful realisation of a considered, design-led hospitality experience.\nHOURS: 40 hours a week, 5 days office based.\nSALARY: Competitive\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nFF&E Procurement & Sampling\nCoordinate the sourcing, specification, sampling and procurement of high-quality furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials and finishes.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with premium suppliers and manufacturers, securing quotations and monitoring availability and lead times.\n\nManage procurement schedules and track orders from initial enquiry through to delivery and installation.\n\nEnsure materials and finishes meet the project's design intent and quality expectations.\n\nProject Coordination & Logistics\nCoordinate deliveries, storage and the movement of materials between suppliers, storage facilities and site.\n\nLiaise with suppliers, contractors and installation teams to ensure materials arrive on time and are available when required.\n\nOversee the logistical coordination of on-site installation, monitoring progress and resolving issues relating to missing, damaged or delayed items.\n\nMaintain accurate procurement schedules, delivery trackers and project documentation, ensuring outstanding actions are followed through to completion.\n\nFinancial & Administrative Management\nManage procurement administration, including purchase orders, supplier invoices and payment coordination.\n\nCheck invoices against agreed quotations and purchase orders, resolving discrepancies where necessary.\n\nMonitor project expenditure and maintain accurate records of committed costs, invoices and outstanding payments.\n\nWork closely with the finance team and suppliers to ensure timely processing and clear financial reporting.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with the Interior Designer and wider project team to support the smooth delivery of project requirements.\n\nMaintain clear and proactive communication with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors and internal stakeholders.\n\nAnticipate potential procurement and logistical challenges, taking ownership of solutions to keep the project on track.\n\nSupport the successful delivery of the project through to final installation, ensuring a consistently high standard of execution.\n\nSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS\n5 years’ experience within the interior design industry within a high-end residential or luxury hospitality environment.\n\nStrong experience in FF&E project management, including sourcing, procurement, supplier coordination and installation.\n\nA thorough understanding of the quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail expected within luxury interiors.\n\nExperience coordinating multiple suppliers, orders, deliveries and project timelines.\n\nStrong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.\n\nFinancially organised, with experience managing purchase orders, invoices, budgets and procurement records.\n\nA proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive tasks through to completion.\n\nA genuine interest in high-quality hospitality, considered design, materials and finishes.\n\nPersonal Attributes\nExceptional attention to detail,
