This is a varied and hands-on role at the heart of the business, where you'll work closely with colleagues and partners to ensure our technology services support day-to-day operations and future growth.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nActing as the key point of contact for our outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP), overseeing service delivery, driving high operational standards and ensuring technology solutions remain aligned with business priorities. Alongside managing escalations and resolving complex issues, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen security and reduce technology risk across the organisation.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands-on IT professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with continuous improvement.
