This role is key in implementing changes in a timely, structured, and supportive way, to ensure our business growth and efficiency and success across the business.\nLOCATION: Daylesford Farm, Gloucestershire, 5 days office based.\nSALARY: Competitive\nRESPONSIBIILITIES\nOrganisational Design & Development\nTo support existing teams and key stakeholders in reviewing current organisational design and planning future organisational design requirements, ensuring a detailed gap analysis is developed.\n\nTo review and update relevant job descriptions and make recommendations for change where required.\n\nDevelop a skills gap analysis to support the future organisational design.\n\nTo make clear recommendations to the business from which a comprehensive project plan for improvement can be developed and implemented.\n\nPeople Transformation & Project Delivery\nLead and support business-wide People transformation initiatives, including changes to systems, processes and operating models.\n\nWork collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand current and future business processes, identify opportunities for change and improvement and to develop practical solutions.\n\nSupport the integration and implementation of new systems and ways of working, ensuring changes are delivered effectively and embedded across the business.\n\nWorking closely with the People Partnering team to make recommendations on any changes to organisational design requirements.\n\nWorking alongside the People Partnering team to ensure the facilitation and seamless execution of people transformation plans, including guidance on the timeliness of changes to ensure they are successfully embedded across the business.\n\nDevelop project plans, manage priorities and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.\n\nStakeholder Engagement & Collaboration\nBuild trusted relationships with senior leaders, the People Partnering team and stakeholders across the Collection.\n\nPartner with colleagues to translate business challenges into effective People solutions and organisational improvements.\n\nConfidently present recommendations, challenge established thinking constructively and gain stakeholder commitment to change.\n\nSupport the successful implementation of transformation plans through clear communication, collaboration and a structured approach to change management.\n\nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE\nProven experience in a mid-to-senior HR role, ideally as a People Partner, with a background in organisational development and project delivery\n\nProven Leadership experience in a mid-senior, or senior HR or organisational development leadership role, preferably within the retail sector or a medium-sized, multi-site organisation.\n\nDemonstrable end-to-end leadership of a large-scale transformation or change programmes, including solution scoping, delivery planning, implementation, and measurement against defined outcomes\n\nStrong knowledge of organisational design, workforce planning, HR processes and change management.\n\nAbility to translate business needs into practical People solutions and project plans.\n\nExperience in influencing senior stakeholders including Director-level, to build effective cross-functional relationships, and secure decisions and cross-functional commitment.\n\nStrong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience with ERP systems, digital transformation or system integration; Microsoft 365 Business Central experience is advantageous.\n\nCIPD Level 5-7, or equivalent learned experience, is desirable.\n\nStrategic, commercially minded and people focused.\n\nCurious, proactive and solutions oriented.\n\nCollaborative,
