We are a way of life.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nWe are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor to join our People Team at the Bamford Collection.\nBased at Daylesford Farm in the Cotswolds reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a people-passionate recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across the Daylesford site, sourcing and engaging the very best talent to join our teams.\nThis is a fast-paced, high-volume role offering an exciting variety of positions across our Cotswolds sites. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives on building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. You will recruit operational Restaurant and Retail Team Members, across our farm site and pubs as well as specialist positions across our head office.\nIf you’re a people-focused recruiter with in-house experience, who thrives on delivering an exceptional candidate journey and contributing to a purpose-led organisation, we’d love to hear from you.\nThis role is full time, 40 hours and based in the office 5 days a week.\nSalary up to £40,000 per annum, dependant on experience.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAct as first point of contact for our hiring managers providing constructive best practice recruitment advice.\n\nBuild and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent with ad hoc travel to our London stores.\n\nActively managing candidates through the end-to-end recruitment process delivering a high touch, engaging and exciting candidate journey.\n\nResponsible for every stage of the recruitment process - from drafting compelling job adverts, sourcing, screening and selection, scheduling, hiring, and onboarding ensuring a positive, professional and inclusive experience at all times.\n\nReview, action, and manage all incoming applications using the Bamford Collection Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with capability and cultural fit always at the forefront of your mind.\n\nProactively develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.\n\nOptimise job boards, and direct sourcing strategies to source candidates direct for hard to fill and more specific vacancies.\n\nAssist with planning and executing onsite and offsite recruitment events and assessment centres to attract top talent.\n\nAttending and supporting with internal and external recruitment, careers and networking events to directly connect with potential candidates, build relationships, and increase the company's brand visibility.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and industry-related organisations to create recruitment pipelines for future talent.\n\nBrand Representation - Act as a passionate ambassador for the Bamford Collection, embodying our purpose and values.\n\nAct with initiative and foresight, ensuring recruitment activity is seamless, efficient, and aligned with our brand standards and values.\n\nBring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.\n\nInspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.\n\nSKILLS YOU WILL BRING\nInhouse recruitment experience is a must - managing full lifecycle recruitment across multiple levels and departments, preferably from a hospitality or retail background.\n\nEstablish collaborative, long-term relationships with hiring managers, ensuring open communication, trust and a shared focus on attracting the right talent.\n\nAbility to work both independently and proactively bringing new recruitment ideas to the table.\n\nExperience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools effectively.\n\nTime Management and strong organisation skills - able to juggle multiple vacancies, prioritise, and meet deadlines.\n\nCreative and forward thinking - finding innovative ways to attract top talent.\n\nCapable of managing multiple vacancies and stakeholder requirements simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of delivery.\n\nMaintains exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the recruitment process.\n\nOutgoing, empathetic, and passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities at the Bamford Collection.\n\nA real passion for retail, hospitality and people!\n\nPERKS AND BENEFITS\nDiscounts: We offer a range of discounts on our products, treatments, and dining experiences from day one.\n\nLocal gym discounts\n\nPadel Discount\n\nElectric Car Scheme (subject to criteria)\n\nVolunteering Days: Employees are offered one paid day per year to volunteer with a charity of their choice.\n\nPrivate Medical: We offer subsidised private medical insurance through Bupa.\n\nPension Scheme: Pay up to 9% of your salary into your pension each month;
