ABOUT US

At Bamford Collection, we believe business should be a force for good. Driven by a deep respect for people and the planet, we are committed not only to protecting the world around us but also to creating a positive and lasting impact.

Our collection of businesses spans an organic farm and retail operation, a thoughtfully designed clothing brand, botanical skincare and wellbeing products, luxury wellness destinations, and unique hospitality experiences. Each is united by a shared philosophy: to inspire a slower, more conscious way of living.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Corporate Operations Assistant to join our Supply Chain team on a 3-month fixed-term contract during our busiest Christmas trading period. This role is critical in supporting the successful fulfilment of our corporate gifting programme, ensuring orders are accurately processed, dispatched on time, and delivered to the exceptional standard our customers expect.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately process and upload corporate orders into internal systems, ensuring all customer requirements are captured and orders are dispatched within agreed timelines.

  • Liaise closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner to ensure the efficient fulfilment, presentation and dispatch of corporate orders in line with Bamford Collection quality standards.

  • Monitor order progress through courier platforms, proactively tracking deliveries and resolving any delivery exceptions to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with Corporate Sales, Corporate Operations, Supply Chain and Stock Planning teams to ensure clear communication and seamless coordination throughout the fulfilment process.

  • Work collaboratively with the 3PL warehouse and inventory teams to monitor stock availability, investigate stock movements and support inventory accuracy.

  • Coordinate replacement orders and resends where required, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of order status, delivery performance and operational updates. Provide administrative and operational support across the Supply Chain team during the Christmas peak period.

  • Undertake additional duties as reasonably requested by management to support the successful delivery of seasonal operations.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

  • Confident working across multiple systems and comfortable learning new technology quickly.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical solutions.

  • Ability to build effective working relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

  • Reliable, punctual and able to work to demanding deadlines during peak trading periods.

  • A proactive, flexible and positive approach with a willingness to support the wider team wherever required.
