to ensure data accuracy, security and regulatory compliance.\nEvaluate business requirements, assess suitable IT solutions and work closely with vendors on in-house or outsourced options.\nProvide technical support during incidents and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution.\nTranslate business needs into practical system solutions and support the long-term sustainability of the IT architecture.\nManage IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, end-user equipment and application availability.\nProvide help desk and technical support to on-site and remote employees, including support for subsidiary IT systems.\nConduct user acceptance testing and scheduled system tests for new or upgraded systems and equipment.\nMonitor IT security, network access, data protection and backup systems, and support relevant security audits.\nPrepare IT reports and documentation for management based on incidents, system performance and evaluations.\nResearch and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure, systems, tools and processes, while supporting IT budget management and maintaining IT inventory records.\nManage employee onboarding and offboarding IT processes.\nHands-On Technical ScopeThe successful candidate should be comfortable independently handling or supporting the following areas:\nMicrosoft Server – server administration, troubleshooting, user/access management and backup.\nNetworking – LAN/WAN, switches, connectivity and troubleshooting.\nMicrosoft 365 – user administration, licensing, email and security.\nNAS – administration, access rights, backup and troubleshooting.\nFirewall – configuration, security rules and troubleshooting.\nRequirements:\nDiploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.\nAt least 3 years of relevant working experience in IT support, system administration, infrastructure or a related role.\nStrong hands-on technical capability with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure and system issues independently.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, NAS, CCTV and Fortigate firewall.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users across different functions and levels.\nProactive, resourceful and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
