Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEnsure teller and CSR area adheres to internal controls, internally developed audit, compliance and operations procedures.\nAssist in the hiring and training of operational staff.\nMaintain compliance in all job duties through daily, weekly, and monthly review of maintenance reports and surprise audits.\nIdentify and keep tellers informed of areas that provide potential risk or loss; such as counterfeit bills, forgeries, stolen checks, etc.\nOversee and supervise teller activities, including but not limited to: Monitoring teller’s outages, cash limits, cash orders, etc.\nMonitor alarms, surveillance systems, and responding to emergencies.\nPerforming checkback of business accounts opened and initiating the daily wire request report daily.\nBackup CSO when necessary, as well as train to be potential successor to the CSO.\nBackup CSRs when necessary.\nReview daily reports.\nPerform other job related duties and special projects as assigned.\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
