Projects can include energy exploration, production and transmission, Infrastructure, Digital Infrastructure, and Real Estate.\nWe have several openings across our Digital, Infrastructure Business and Energy groups.\npreparation of marketing materials and proposals\n\ncalling on clients, making presentations\n\nstructuring transactions, research, analysis of existing or potential transactions and/or industries\n\nnegotiating mandates\n\nreviewing legal documents and negotiating transactions with clients, analyzing various risks and preparing credit applications and the development of cash flow models\n\nParticipates in transaction due diligence\n\nResearching and analyzing industries and market data\n\nParticipating in strategic planning and business management for the Digital Infrastructure business\n\nWhat You Bring:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Exposure in digital/AI infrastructure, real estate, renewable or infrastructure debt or equity transactions is preferred but not required depending on credit analysis or prior project finance experience.
