To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and wider Compliance team in managing the regulatorycompliancerisk framework, including regulations relating to Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), Financial Crime, Conduct, Reputational Riskas well as other applicable regulations. This will include:\nProviding advice and recommendations on complex regulatory risk escalations from a reputational risk and conductperspective (relating to clients, products and transactions) from the first or second line of defencewhile closely cooperating with financial crime team\nEnsuring that policies and guidance align with global documents, as well as current legal and regulatory requirements and expectations\nProviding guidance and training to the first line of defence on the implementation and impact of policies and standards\nDeveloping and delivering compliance training and awareness programmes for relevant stakeholders\nRecommending and implementing actions required to mitigate regulatory risks identified and producing high quality reports for senior management\nSupporting regulatory risk assessments\nContributing to change management programmes and internal policy development as an subject matter expert\nDeveloping relevant MI and ensure adequate reporting \nWHAT YOU’LL BRING\nOur people are our greatest strength.
