Your mission will be to build and maintain the infrastructure and automation pipelines that support the entire AI lifecycle, from experimentation to production, ensuring agility, security, and operational excellence.\nYou will work in close collaboration with AI Experts, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and enterprise technology partners to accelerate the delivery of AI products that drive business value across Santander. This is a critical role in the AI transformation agenda, empowering the team to deliver responsible AI at scale.\nWhy this role is different: you won't just deploy what others design. You will shape the infrastructure architecture behind our solutions, and you will help build and run the internal platform our engineering teams will use every day. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:\nDesigning, implementing, and managing robust CI/CD pipelines for GenAI applications and containerized services.\nDesigning infrastructure architecture and deploying solutions built by development teams across multiple environments.\nBuilding and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure on AWS to support the full AI lifecycle, from development to production deployment and monitoring.\nAutomating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation preferred; Terraform or CDK also valued).\nRunning containerized workloads on Kubernetes (EKS) and managing the supporting networking, DNS, load balancing and perimeter security.\nEnsuring scalability, reliability, and high availability of AI services in production environments.\nMonitoring system performance, debugging issues, and leading root-cause analysis and resolution of incidents. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nProfessional Experience\n 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles. (Required)\nSolid hands-on experience with AWS operating services in production with availability expectations, including cost optimization and security best practices. (Required)\nHands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration of microservices. (Required)\n Solid experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. (Required)\nExperience designing infrastructure architecture, not only deploying it. (Preferred)\nExperience with GCP. (Preferred)\nExperience supporting GenAI/ML workloads, or familiarity with services such as Amazon Bedrock or SageMaker. (Preferred)\nEducation\nBSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. (Required)\nMSc or postgraduate degree in a technical field. (Preferred)\nRelevant certifications in cloud platforms, Kubernetes or DevOps practices (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect, CKA, CKAD, CKS). (Preferred)\nLanguages\n Spanish proficiency. (Required)\n High level of English. (Required)\nHard Skills\nStrong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
