The Growth Support Specialists act as a point of reference, efficiently responding to\nrequests for event coordination, employer and broker change processing, and research inquiries. This role routinely works within multiple systems to complete requests, route materials for review/approval, create standard proposals and take on ad-hoc assignments, as needed.\nManage the support team inbox and handle internal team requests according to defined procedures.\nManage and supports special ad-hoc projects as needed in support of the HSA Bank growth team\nArranges for collateral and materials to brokers/employer groups\nCoordinates regional tradeshows and events for HSA Bank growth team.\nHandles payments, and works with legal team for vendor contracting\nAssists Growth Enablement team with content management\nCreates standard RFPs\nAssis with training new team members\nWhat You Bring:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
