It’s a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.\nIf you are interested in exploring the possibilities We Want to Talk to You!\nThe Difference You Make:\nAs an Implementation Specialist, you will lead the onboarding of mid-size employer clients for Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and spending account products, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Commuter Benefits, Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Dependent Care. You will manage the multiple types of implementations, including new clients, renewals, partner transitions, as well as HSA bulk transfers, while ensuring accurate setup, data integration, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong project management, technical testing, and consultative skills to deliver high-quality execution. This is a remote-only position with no travel to client sites require\nLead onboarding for HSA and spending account products, guiding clients through plan design and configuration. \nConduct training sessions and provide consultative support throughout the implementation lifecycle. \nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans with client sign-off at key milestones.\nCoordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution. \nConduct EDI/SFTP file testing for enrollment and funding files and communicate results to vendors, clients and internal teams.\nFacilitate bulk HSA transfers and spending account rollovers as applicable.\nManage annual renewals for spending account clients.\nSupport transitions between partner relationships, ensuring continuity and data integrity. \nMaintain accurate documentation and project tracking across multiple concurrent implementations.\nProvide proactive communication and status updates to employer clients and internal stakeholders.\nWhat You Bring:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
