Bei uns wirst du mit Praxis- und Examensbezug an die Lösung rechtlicher Fragestellungen herangeführt. Durch die generalistisch angelegte Tätigkeit im Rechtsbereich der Santander Consumer Bank AG erlangst du Einblick in vielfältige zivilrechtliche Fragestellungen - ob in den Einkauf von Waren und Dienstleistungen, in klassische bankrechtliche Fragen einer Kunde-Bank-Beziehung oder in die Digitalisierung von zivilrechtlich relevanten Vorgängen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung von anwaltlichen Mitarbeiter:innen des Rechtsbereichs im Tagesgeschäft, wahlweise in der rechtlichen Beratung (Advisory) und/oder der Prozessführung (Litigation)
  • Anlassbezogene Recherchen/Projektarbeit

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgelegte 1. Prüfung im Fach Rechtswissenschaften
  • Interesse an zivil- und wirtschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen eines im Finanzsektor tätigen Unternehmens
  • Aufgeschlossenheit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit
