Also open to a non paid internship with college credits.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the end-to-end development of business proformas for new programs, service expansions, acquisitions, capital projects, and other strategic initiatives.\nSupport the establishment of project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities for each pro forma.\nEnsure timely completion of all required analyses and supporting documentation.\nIncorporate market data, competitive information, organizational capacity, regulatory considerations, and operational requirements into pro forma development.\nCoordinate the development of financial assumptions, including:\nCensus and volume projections\nRevenue and reimbursement assumptions\nStaffing models and personnel costs\nFacility and occupancy costs\nStart-up and capital expenses\nOperating expenses\nMargin and profitability projections\nPartner with Finance to validate assumptions and ensure financial models accurately reflect operational plans.\nAnalyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and potential gaps.\nConduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess the impact of changes in census, reimbursement, staffing, expenses, and other key assumptions.\nConduct competitive analysis and market research for assigned projections.\nCollaborate with Finance, Operations, Clinical, Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Admissions, Business Development, and other stakeholders.\nPrepare executive-level summaries and presentations outlining financial results, key assumptions, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.\nSupport leadership decision-making by clearly communicating the financial and operational implications of proposed initiatives.\nQualifications\nRequired\nEnrolled in a Bachelors degree with concentration in Business or Marketing\nDemonstrated experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects.\nStrong financial and analytical skills with the ability to understand and evaluate business assumptions and financial models.\nProficiency with Excel or comparable financial modeling tools.\nStrong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat you will learn\nExperience in healthcare, human services, behavioral health, education, or nonprofit organizations.\nExperience developing financial pro formas, business cases, feasibility studies, or capital investment analyses.\nExperience with mergers and acquisitions, program development, or organizational expansion.\nFamiliarity with project management platforms and business intelligence/data visualization tools.\nManagement of multiple projects\nEEO Statement\nBancroft stands strong against racism and hate of all kinds and supports actions leading to respect, equality, fairness and peace.
