This role blends business analysis, system optimization, AI/automation enablement, integrations, and enterprise application support. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about using modern tools-including AI-to improve business processes.\nResponsibilities\nGather and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.\n\nAnalyze workflows and design efficient, scalable, and secure system solutions.\n\nConfigure, customize, and optimize cloud and off-the-shelf applications.\n\nIdentify and implement AI and automation opportunities (RPA, chatbots, NLP, predictive analytics).\n\nSupport systems integrations (APIs, SFTP, iPaaS, HL7) and ensure data accuracy and performance.\n\nTest applications, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployments and updates.\n\nCreate documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support.\n\nBuild dashboards and reports; analyze data to drive process improvements.\n\nCollaborate with IT teams and participate in cross-functional projects.\n\nMaintain compliance with security and data protection standards.\n\nQualifications\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business.\nA combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\n\nProficient with computer business applications.\n\nPrior experience in Health and Human Services, specifically in the Autism and IDD space is preferred\n\nPrior Experience is Core Solutions CX360 or other similar EHR- Preferred.\n\nProject Management Skills Preferred Knowledge of electronic health records and healthcare information regulations is beneficial.\n\nTechnical & Professional\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nExcellent communication and customer service orientation.\n\nExperience with system analysis, design methodologies, and the SDLC.\n\nKnowledge of application testing methods (functional, performance, security).\n\nFamiliarity with AI/ML tools (hands-on experience is a plus).\n\nExperience with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, BetterCloud).\n\nUnderstanding of data integrations, APIs, and databases (Webhooks, Postman, etc.).\n\nAbility to troubleshoot complex integrated systems.\n\nExperience with Agile project management tools (ClickUp, Smartsheet).\n\nFamiliarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ManageEngine ServiceDesk).\n\nWorking knowledge of Office 365 suite administration.\n\nExperience in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries.\nSoft Skills\nStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills.\n\nClear and effective verbal/written communication.\n\nAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\n\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.\n\nStrong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and mission alignment.\n\nAdaptability and enthusiasm for continuous learning.\n\nEEO Statement\nBancroft stands strong against racism and hate of all kinds and supports actions leading to respect, equality, fairness and peace.
