For Everyone.\nResponsibilities\nPlans and implements classroom instruction, specializing within one or more areas of curriculum, to specifically meet the educational needs of students and to encourage the best possible student educational experience. \n Assesses abilities and capabilities of individual students; develops, organizes, and implements lesson plans and activities that are individual-specific, meet the learning needs of each student, encourage increased skills, and address specific IEP goals\nMonitors existing IEPs to ensure that stated educational goals and objectives are appropriate, achievable, and continue to meet the educational needs of individual students\nRecommends appropriate modifications to the existing IEP\nMay conduct parent training in the classroom and at home\nUtilize the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis throughout observation, intervention, data collection, and assessment\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree and eligibility for formal certification such as N.J.
