The Technology Training Specialist is responsible for the design,development, coordination, delivery, documentation and maintenance of technical training delivered at Bancroft. The Technology Training Specialist partners with Bancroft’s Corporate Training team to integrate technology training into the corporate training curriculum.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nProvide training, using various learning modalities, to Bancroft staff on software applications and systems. \nCreate and maintain a monthly training schedule published to Bancroft Intranet (The Buzz)\nComplete monthly reports on training sessions held within the organization and maintain database of training provided.\nCreate and maintain a catalog of courses that can be delivered through various modes including in-person and via the web.\nDevelop and maintain user guides, videos, presentations, and other training materials as required/\nParticipate in project team discussions as necessary to develop and administer training for new solution rollouts, primarily for our CRM (Salesforce), EHR (COCentrix CCP), and EDMS (GlobalSearch) systems.\nEvaluate support request trends to determine and implement new training opportunities.\nWork Closely with the BTS Management team as well as the HR Training team to stay abreast of the organizations technology training needs and develop content and training strategies in support of those needs.\nPosition Requirements :\nExperience with mobile devices (e.g. tablets, smartphones, netbooks, laptops) \nMust have a reasonable understanding of multiple operating systems such as: Windows, ChromeOS, iOS, Android. \nMust demonstrate an advanced understanding of Google G-Suite productivity suit. \nExperience planning and successfully delivering large and small group training classes. \nAbility to work well and maintain composure under the pressures of a dynamic educational environment \nMust be available to work occasional prolonged and irregular hours.\nStrong leadership and personal management skills \nMust have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal \nMust possess an ability to, and regularly demonstrate collaboration with, peers in a clear and concise manner \nMust maintain the ability to meet deadlines \nMust possess a high degree of analytical and troubleshooting abilities in order to provide effective training in synchronous and asynchronous environments \nMaintain a positive attitude when dealing with all staff - Customer Service Skills\nKnowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree Required, OR, 8 years experience \n 3-5 years experience as a technology trainer or similar field. \n Experience with computer applications including Google Applications, Electronic Document Management software, Customer Relationship Management software . Prior experience in a clinical or medical environment preferred.
