Overview We're Hiring: Technical Training Specialist Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm M-F (hybrid) Location: Cherry Hill, NJ Salary: USD $65K - $78K Responsibilities Position Summary: The Technology Training Specialist position is essential to provide instruction to staff on current software applications and systems. The Technology Training Specialist is responsible for the design,development, coordination, delivery, documentation and maintenance of technical training delivered at Bancroft. The Technology Training Specialist partners with Bancroft’s Corporate Training team to integrate technology training into the corporate training curriculum. Essential Responsibilities: Provide training, using various learning modalities, to Bancroft staff on software applications and systems. Create and maintain a monthly training schedule published to Bancroft Intranet (The Buzz) Complete monthly reports on training sessions held within the organization and maintain database of training provided. Create and maintain a catalog of courses that can be delivered through various modes including in-person and via the web.
