Our vision is to build an enduring, iconic brand that breaks down barriers & inspires greater passion & participation in the sport we love.\nThe Production Manager is a key member of Bandit’s Creative team, responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of photo, video, content, and brand productions. You’ll work closely with the Creative team, and cross-functional partners to turn creative concepts into well-organized, well-executed productions. You’ll own the details-from crew and equipment to locations, schedules, travel, catering, call sheets, and on-set logistics-so the creative team can stay focused on the work.\nRequirements\nManage the day-to-day logistics of creative productions across campaigns, product launches, editorial, social content, e-commerce, events, and other brand initiatives.\nSupport the Senior Producer in developing production plans, schedules, budgets, and production approaches.\nIndependently manage smaller-scale shoots and productions from pre-production through wrap and final delivery.\nCoordinate photographers, directors, stylists, hair and makeup, talent, assistants, crew, vendors, locations, equipment, catering, transportation, and other production needs.\nSource and coordinate freelancers and production partners, maintaining strong relationships with Bandit’s creative network.\nBuild and distribute call sheets, production schedules, crew lists, contact sheets, and other production documents.\nCoordinate shoot logistics including location scouting, permits, equipment rentals, travel, accommodations, catering, transportation, and on-site needs.\nSupport casting and talent logistics, including schedules, releases, fittings, travel, and day-of coordination.\nTrack production budgets, estimates, invoices, purchase orders, and expenses in partnership with the Senior Producer and relevant internal teams.\nBe a key point of contact for vendors and crew before and during productions.\nAttend and help manage shoots on set, troubleshooting issues and keeping production moving.\nAnticipate production needs and potential issues before they become problems.\nCoordinate post-production logistics, including file delivery, selects, retouching, editing, color, and final asset delivery as needed.\nMaintain organized production files, contacts, vendor information, releases, and other documentation.\nHelp develop and improve production processes, templates, and systems as Bandit’s creative operation scales.\nSupport multiple productions and creative projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n4+ years of experience in creative production, photo/video production, production coordination, or a related field.\nExperience producing photo and/or video shoots, ideally within fashion, apparel, sport, lifestyle, editorial, or consumer brands.\nStrong understanding of the production process from pre-production through shoot day and post-production.\nExcellent organizational and project management skills.\nStrong attention to detail and an ability to keep track of many moving pieces at once.\nResourceful problem solver who stays calm and solutions-oriented when things inevitably change.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with creative teams, vendors, talent, and external partners.\nComfortable managing production budgets, estimates, invoices, and vendor relationships.\nExisting relationships with photographers, crew, freelancers, rental houses, locations, and other production resources in New York and beyond.\nWillingness to work flexible hours and travel as production schedules require.\nProficiency with production and project management tools and strong comfort with Google Workspace and spreadsheets.\nGenuine interest in running, sport, fashion, photography, culture, and the world Bandit is building\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary + equity compensation\n401k match\nTop tier medical insurance/benefits\nRocket-ship level momentum with a career-defining opportunity at-hand\nAt Bandit, we’re building an incredible culture rooted in our three core values-Trust, Empathy, & Excellence.
