This role is part-time, during store hours from 11AM-6PM. Weekend availability is a must.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport the day-to-day operations of Bandit’s Silver Lake retail store in LA\nDeliver exceptional customer experience to our store guests and the running community\nMaintain store floor and merchandising according to Bandit brand standards and level of excellence\nReceive, organize, and replenish back-of-house inventory and supplies\nAssist with drop preparation and product launches to ensure smooth execution\nAssist with operations support projects, including monthly inventory and organization\nServe as a product knowledge expert to educate customers on Bandit products and the brand story, driving engagement and sales\nSupport in-store community events with Team Bandit\nYOU HAVE\nExperience in an apparel or specialty store environment\nAmazing customer service skills\nExcellent critical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and busy environment\nDesire to wear many hats and roll up sleeves as needed in startup environments\nA passion and excitement for running is a major plus!\nABOUT THE ROLE\nCompetitive pay ($21-$23/hour), PTO, and employee uniform allocation with Bandit apparel discounts\nGetting in on the ground floor of an exciting startup, with major opportunities for growth\nAt Bandit, we’re building an incredible culture rooted in our three core values-Trust, Empathy, and Excellence.
