Whether in the field or the office, our teams are united by a shared commitment to innovation, safety, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.\nRole Description\nProject Engineers manage the planning and processes of a project and coordinate responsibilities with field managers to ensure the project is completed efficiently and successfully. They work as a team with a Project Manager on multiple site development projects. Project Engineers are expected to have regular interactions with the field personnel and visit the project sites to gauge progress, manage material deliveries, and generally support the successful completion of the project. The day-to-day duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the type of industry, company or project they’re working on, but typically include the following: \nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify requirements, review progress, and ensure all project expectations are met in a timely manner.\nMaintain and monitor project budgets, track cost exposures, and proactively adjust forecasts as conditions change in the field.\nTrack project performance, including schedule milestones, production rates, and quality metrics, and analyze progress against key goals.\nDocument and report project progress through daily logs, weekly updates, and formal reporting to stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership.\nCoordinate closely with field personnel, including Superintendents and Foremen, to ensure alignment between project plans and field execution.\nManage material procurement and delivery schedules, ensuring materials arrive on time and meet project specifications.\nAssist with project scheduling, including updating timelines, identifying critical path activities, and adjusting plans based on field conditions.\nSupport quality control efforts, ensuring work meets engineering standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.\nReview and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications, and communicate changes or clarifications to field teams.\nIdentify and resolve project issues, including conflicts, delays, or design discrepancies, by coordinating with the Project Manager and field leadership.\nPrepare and process project documentation, such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and as-built records.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, participate in site safety meetings, and support the enforcement of company safety policies.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors to support smooth project execution.\nVisit project sites regularly to assess progress, verify work in place, and ensure alignment with project plans and schedules.\nQualifications:\nBachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline required\nOrganization and problem-solving skills \nAbility to use specialized software for collaboration and time management, including Office, Bluebeam and Excel\nStrong time management and analytical skills\nFirm understanding of complex mathematical concepts\nProven leadership skills\nStrong communication skills\nOSHA 10/30 required\nMinimum of 1 years of construction management experience in estimating, operations and/or engineering preferred but not required.\nWhy join us:\nCompetitive Salary & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary along with health insurance, retirement plans, and performance bonuses.\nCareer Advancement: We are committed to the growth and development of our employees, offering training programs and opportunities for career progression.\nChallenging and Rewarding Work: Lead diverse and impactful projects that challenge your skills and expertise.\nState-of-the-Art Equipment: Work with the latest machinery and technology in the construction industry.\nStrong Safety Culture: We prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees with regular training and strict safety protocols.\nWhat we offer:\n Health, Life, Dental and Vision Insurance\n401(k) Plan -
