email in a professional and engaging manner.\nBuild rapport, understand guest needs and confidently convert enquiries into bookings.\nSell BCP’s hotels, packages, products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance stays.\nUse your knowledge of BCP offerings and Banff to make relevant recommendations.\nProcess reservations, deposits, payments, confirmations and special requests accurately.\nExplain booking terms, conditions, cancellation policies and check-in information.\nWork closely with Front Office, booking partners and wholesalers to ensure guest needs are met.\nMaintain accurate reservation and guest information in our systems.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nA friendly, confident and professional telephone manner.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nA natural ability to build rapport and turn conversations into sales.\nA positive, outgoing and guest-focused attitude.\nExcellent written and verbal English.\nThe ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.\nFlexibility to work weekends and holidays.\nPrevious customer service, sales or reservations experience is an asset.\nHospitality property management system experience is an asset.\nA willingness to learn and be part of a positive
