Вам предстоит:
- 1 Ведение кадрового сопровождения филиала (согласно ТК РК);
- 2 Организация мероприятий в филиале;
- 3 Подбор и адаптация персонала;
- 4 Ответы на запросы;
- 5 Ведение и сдача архива;
- 6 Работа с практикантами, кандидатами принимающимся по ГПХ и стажерами в соответствии с требованиями ВНД Банка;
- 7 Проведение разъяснительной работы среди военнообязанных и призывников по соблюдению ими требований законодательства по вопросам прохождения военной службы и воинского учета;
- 8 Консультирование работников филиала по Трудовому законодательству Республики Казахстан.
Мы ожидаем что у Вас есть:
- Высшее экономическое или финансовое образование;
- Опыт работы в кадровом делопроизводстве на аналогичном функционале от 1 года;
- Знание ТК РК по статьям, табеля учета рабочего времени, воинского учета, баланса рабочего времени, работы с графиками сменности, дисциплинарное взыскание.
