Обязанности:
  • Обеспечение высокого уровня сервиса для VIP-клиентов.
  • Выполнение KPI по качеству обслуживания и клиентской удовлетворенности.
  • Развитие команды и повышение экспертизы по инвестиционным продуктам.
  • Автоматизация процессов и улучшение клиентского пути.
  • Контроль соблюдения требований комплаенс и управления рисками.
Требования:
  • Высшее образование (финансы, экономика, банковское дело, менеджмент)
  • Опыт работы в банковской сфере от 5 лет.
  • Опыт управления клиентским сервисом, контакт-центром, премиальным обслуживанием или направлением VIP-клиентов от 1 года.
  • Опыт работы с премиальными и инвестиционными продуктами от 2 лет.
  • Опыт управления командой численностью от 15 сотрудников не менее 1 года.
  • Опыт управления показателями клиентской удовлетворенности (NPS, CSI, CSAT) и реализации инициатив по улучшению клиентского опыта.
  • Опыт управления изменениями и реализации сервисных проектов.

  • Свободное владение (устно, письменно) русским и казахским языками.

    Английский и/или китайский будет преимуществом
Условия:

  • График работы: 5/2, с 09:00 до 18:00.

    В связи с круглосуточным режимом работы подразделения возможна необходимость оперативного подключения к решению критических вопросов вне рабочего времени.
