  • Поиск и сбор данных в ЕХД: определение источников, извлечение, трансформация и загрузка данных для аналитических задач
  • Автоматизация расчётов и отчётности: создание скриптов на Python и SQL для регулярной подготовки выгрузок для отчетов руководству
  • Проектирование и создание витрин данных
  • Формирование структуры данных по PNL до клиента/договора и последующим выстраиванием предиктивной клиентской аналитики и расчета LTV клиента
  • Формирование бизнес требований и контроль доработок от смежных потразделений, поставляющих данные

НАШИ ПОЖЕЛАНИЯ К СОИСКАТЕЛЮ:

  • Высшее образование
  • Уверенное владение SQL: сложные запросы, оконные функции, оптимизация, работа с большими объёмами данных
  • Опыт разработки на Python: автоматизация, обработка данных (pandas, numpy), взаимодействие с БД
  • Понимание банковской структуры и продуктов: розничный блок, ипотека, кредиты, вклады; основы банковской отчётности
  • Опыт работы с DWH/ЕХД и витринами данных
  • Навык автоматизации отчётности: превращение рутинных выгрузок в надёжные скрипты
  • Умение работать в команде и объяснять технические решения нетехническим коллегам

БУДЕТ ПЛЮСОМ:

  • Опыт работы в банках или финансовых организациях
  • Знание BI-инструментов (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Понимание принципов формирования финансового результата розничного бизнеса
