Join us!\nJob Description:\nThe Global Payments team is seeking a highly motivated product development manager to help launch new digital asset solutions.\nThis individual will translate strategic priorities and identified client use cases into tangible products and capabilities, working across business, technology, risk, legal and compliance to move solutions from concept through implementation.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong payments/financial services experience with product development skills and the ability to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.\nKey responsibilities include but not limited to:\n- Lead the development of new digital asset projects and solutions from concept through launch and ongoing enhancements.\n- Support cross-functional product development efforts across Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders.\n- Partner with technology and external ecosystem participants to define solution architecture, integrations and implementation requirements.\n- Develop detailed product requirements, business cases and implementation plans.\n- Manage product development milestones, dependencies, risk and compliance deliverables.\n- Ensure solutions are designed with scalability, client experience, operational readiness and commercialization in mind.\n- Monitor developments in digital assets, payments and financial infrastructure and indetify implications for the product roadmap.\n- Translate client needs, market opportunities and strategic priorities into product requirements, solution designs and development roadmaps.\nRequired Skills:\n- 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, solution development or related roles within payments, banking, fintech or financial services.\n- Strong understanding of payments, treasury services, financial infrastructure or fintech.\n- Demonstrated experience developing and launching products or complex solutions.\n- Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable product requirements or roadmaps.\n- Experience leading complex, cross-functional activities involving technology, risk, compliance and other business stakeholders.\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.\n- Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment.\n- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n- Bachelor's Degree required.\nDesired Skills:\n-Experience with digital assets, blockchain, stablecoins, tokenization or emerging payments preferred.\nSkills:\nProcess Management\nProduct Design and Development\nProduct Management\nProject Management\nStrategy Planning and Development\nBusiness Acumen\nInnovative Thinking\nLeadership Development\nPerformance Management\nAgile Practices\nBusiness Development\nOral Communications\nProcess Effectiveness\nRelationship Building\nShift:\n1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:\n40Pay Transparency details\nUS - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100)Pay and benefits informationPay range$105,700.00 - $164,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
