Job Description:
This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product owners or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.
- Product Managers are experts of the products, business or technology domain, and the industry in which the product competes
- Define the vision and roadmap for the product(s) based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Define and drive product selection, RFx, etc.
- Ensure alignment across product roadmaps to achieve portfolio objectives
- Define and prioritize features/epics in the program backlog
- Articulate roadmaps and features to both stakeholders and AE teams
- Represent product(s) within NS and to external consumers and stakeholders, e.g., GIS, Finance, Audit/Risk, LoBs
- Oversee the budget(s) for their product(s). Support and collaborate with the Senior Technology Executives, Finance and Economic teams on financials throughout delivery
- Continuously oversee product inventory, performance, risk and usage metrics, CAPM, error rates, etc. to monitor product health and make product lifecycle recommendations and decisions
- Accountable for all aspects of the lifecycle, risk and vulnerability of the products
Responsibilities:
- Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain
- Communicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and the teams
- Oversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non-personnel expenses
- Provides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them
- Ensures product availability by partnering closely with demand and capacity teammates
- Develops business cases for new products and additional features for existing products
- Partners with the product owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and subject-matter expertise and understanding of the business and industry trends
- Own the product vision and roadmap: Define and maintain the multi-year strategy and quarterly execution roadmap for Business Partner Connectivity, balancing business demand, financial market requirements, regulatory obligations, technology modernization, resiliency, risk reduction, and operational health.
- Serve as the business and technical product authority: Act as the accountable voice of the B2B Connectivity product across Network Services and with line-of-business stakeholders, including Markets and other high-dependency business areas that rely on secure, reliable partner connectivity.
- Lead the Product Cabinet and product operating model: Chair the B2B Product Cabinet, set product routines, clarify accountabilities, drive decision-making, and ensure Product Architecture, Product Owner, engineering, operations, governance, automation, PMO, and regional partners are aligned to common outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network architecture, engineering, product management, or technology leadership, with substantial exposure to large-scale, highly regulated environment
- Deep technical understanding of enterprise network connectivity across LAN/WAN, routing, switching, BGP, OSPF/IS-IS, multicast, VXLAN, MACSec, NAT, load balancing, firewall policy, proxy, DNS/DDI, certificates, monitoring, and secure connectivity patterns.
- Demonstrated experience with B2B, partner, third-party, extranet, DMZ, market connectivity, or external connectivity services in a large enterprise.
- Strong credibility with architecture and engineering teams, including the ability to challenge designs constructively, understand technical trade-offs, and explain architectural decisions in business terms.
- Experience leading cross-functional or matrixed teams through complex delivery, risk-remediation, lifecycle, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong product management discipline, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, epics/features, stakeholder intake, product health metrics, lifecycle planning, and outcome-based governance.
- Ability to partner effectively with lines of business, risk, security, audit, finance, operations, architecture, engineering, and service delivery stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication skills, including written updates, presentations, decision papers, product scorecards, and concise escalation materials.
- Strong program execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Security, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting connectivity for financial markets, trading platforms, financial exchanges, market data providers, clearing/settlement workflows, or other time-sensitive financial services use cases.
- Prior Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Architect, Technology Executive, Network Architect, or senior Network Engineering leadership experience.
- Experience with external connectivity control frameworks, data transmission governance, third-party technology risk, entitlement ownership, inventory validation, or audit remediation.
- Experience managing product financials, investment planning, vendor engagement, RFx/product selection, cost transparency, or product-level economic decisioning.
- Experience creating multi-year roadmaps and operating model improvements for complex infrastructure products.
- Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira, Kanban, Confluence, Horizon, or comparable platforms.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, cloud security or architecture certifications, Azure fundamentals/security certifications, CISSP/CCSP, or equivalent demonstrated capability.
- Experience with automation, observability, service assurance, CMDB/inventory quality, API integrations, and product dashboards.
- Experience operating in a global organization with regional delivery stakeholders and high-availability service expectations.
- Ability to mentor Product Owners, architects, and engineering partners in product thinking, decision framing, roadmap discipline, and stakeholder management.
