Serves as a senior technical resource responsible for application architecture, software quality, DevOps adoption, and continuous innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using .NET/C#, Angular, REST APIs, and AWS cloud services.\nDrive technical solution design and provide hands-on leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through production deployment and support.\nChampion the adoption of AI-enabled software development practices, including GitHub Copilot, generative AI tools, automated code generation, intelligent testing, code review automation, and developer productivity improvements.\nDesign and develop scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Cognito, and event-driven architectures.\nLead application modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy applications to microservices, containerized platforms, and cloud environments.\nEstablish and enforce engineering standards, coding best practices, design patterns, security controls, and performance optimization techniques.\nArchitect and implement secure APIs, integration services, and microservices that support internal and external enterprise platforms.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nProvide technical mentoring and coaching to developers through code reviews, design reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.\nDesign and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enable efficient, reliable, and automated software delivery.\nEvaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and cloud services through proof-of-concepts and recommend adoption opportunities that improve delivery efficiency and business outcomes.\nEnsure applications meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, resilience, observability, and operational supportability.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges across distributed systems.\nLead technical estimation, sprint planning, and solution delivery activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nPartner with infrastructure, security, and cloud engineering teams to implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.\nContribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmaps while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.\nPromote a culture of innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.\nTake measured risks while protecting the organization by applying security, risk management, and compliance requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of software development experience with .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, and Angular.\n3+ years of experience leading development teams or serving as a technical lead.\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including containerized and serverless architectures.\nProven experience developing and deploying applications using Kubernetes, ECS, Docker, or similar container technologies.\nStrong experience designing and implementing microservices architectures and microfrontend.\nExperience building and consuming RESTful APIs and event-driven integration patterns.\nStrong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, SQL optimization, and cloud-based database services.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control, and DevOps practices.\nDemonstrated experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar technologies to improve software delivery and engineering productivity.\nStrong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, OWASP practices, and internet-facing application design.\nExperience with observability, monitoring, logging, and production support in cloud environments.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Banking or Financial Services technology environments.\nExperience with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL databases.\nKnowledge of event streaming technologies such as Kafka, SNS/SQS, or EventBridge.\nExperience with cloud migration and application modernization initiatives.\nUnderstanding of domain-driven design, clean architecture, and distributed systems patterns.\nAWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer Associate, or similar).\nDemonstrated success leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.\nSalary:\n$70,000.00 -
