The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Artificial Intelligence capabilities, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Enterprise Workflow Automation.\nThis role requires deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and platform administrators to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that drive operational excellence and digital transformation.\nKey Responsibilities\nServiceNow Development & Architecture\nDesign, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and modules.\nBuild and maintain custom workflows, integrations, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer solutions, and Service Catalog items.\nDevelop scalable and reusable ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.\nParticipate in platform upgrades, releases, and performance optimization initiatives.\nCreate technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment procedures.\nIT Service Management (ITSM)\nImplement and enhance ServiceNow ITSM capabilities including:Incident Management\nProblem Management\nChange Management\nRequest Management\nKnowledge Management\nCMDB, CSDM and Service Mapping\n\nDrive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with process owners to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.\nAI & Automation\nImplement and optimize ServiceNow AI-powered capabilities, including:Predictive Intelligence\nVirtual Agent\nGenerative AI\nNow Assist\nAI Search\nIntelligent Routing and Classification\n\nDesign intelligent workflows to improve employee and customer experience.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce operational effort and improve service outcomes.\nGovernance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)\nDesign and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, including:Policy and Compliance Management\nRisk Management\nAudit Management\nVendor Risk Management\nOperational Resilience\n\nSupport regulatory compliance and risk management initiatives.\nConfigure risk assessment workflows and reporting dashboards.\nIntegration & Collaboration\nDevelop integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and APIs.\nCollaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.\nMentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on complex initiatives.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to solution design discussions.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n8+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.\n5+ years implementing enterprise ITSM solutions within ServiceNow.\nProven experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities and workflow automation.\nHands-on experience implementing GRC/IRM solutions.\nStrong JavaScript development skills within the ServiceNow platform.\nExperience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.\nExperience working in Agile environments.\nRequired Certifications\nCandidates must possess:\n ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)\n ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)\nPreferred CIS Certifications\nOne or more of the following ServiceNow CIS certifications:\n CIS - IT Service Management (ITSM) (Highly Preferred)\nCIS - Risk and Compliance\n CIS - Integrated Risk Management (IRM)\n CIS - Customer Service Management (CSM)\nCIS - Discovery\nCIS - Service Mapping\n CIS - Application Portfolio Management (APM)\nTechnical Skills\nServiceNow Platform Development\nFlow Designer\nIntegrationHub\nJavaScript\nREST/SOAP APIs\nCMDB & Service Mapping\nITSM Pro\nGRC / IRM\nPredictive Intelligence\nVirtual Agent\nNow Assist / GenAI\nAI Search\nPerformance Analytics\nAgile / Scrum\nDevOps\nSalary:\n$85,500.00 - $185,000.00Pay Type:\nSalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.\nSalaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.
