Experienced in global banking or financial services environments, with strong understanding of market dynamics across geographies, is preferred.\nIn this role, you will drive customer-centric process improvement initiatives by translating insights into clear process flows, requirements, and optimisation opportunities. You’ll play a key part in strengthening service design, enabling automation, and supporting change adoption through effective communication and structured delivery.\nWHAT YOU WILL BRING\nProduce high-quality process documentation and process maps, accurately capturing currentand future state processes to support standardisation, simplification, and informed decision-making\n\nSupport effective project delivery by maintaining plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies, and providing timely, accurate status reporting across workstreams\n\nEnable change delivery by contributing to the development of change and communication artefacts that support stakeholder understanding and adoption of new ways of working\n\nCollaborate effectively with stakeholders across business, operations, and enablement teams to gather inputs, validate outputs, and ensure alignment to delivery objectives\n\nApply delivery and governance discipline, ensuring artefacts, data, and reporting meet required standards and escalating issues, risks, or gaps as appropriate\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n15+ Experience with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to drive enterprise-level change programs that align with organizational goals, focusing on efficiency, scalability and value creation.\n\nEstablish clear governance structures, monitor risks, and ensure effective change management and adoption across impacted teams.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create high-quality documentation and presentations\n\nWorking Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum Delivery approached and change management frameworks\n\nCapability in digital, automation, and AI concepts, with the ability to support their application to process re-engineering\n\nSupporting complex change initiatives across operational environments and build strong relationships by working collaboratively & influence stakeholders.\n\nAdapt to a changing environment, present challenges with alternative solutions.
