We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Customer Value Management team and help shape how customer data is transformed into actionable insights, campaigns and personalized customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build strong expertise in large-scale data environments and gradually expand into automation and next-generation customer capabilities.\n\nWhat you will do\n\nDesign, build and maintain data solutions supporting campaign execution, customer segmentation and marketing activities\n\nDevelop and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL solutions using PL/SQL Developer, alongside ETL processes and data transformations within Data Warehouse environments\n\nCreate and maintain campaign data structures, customer selections and reporting datasets\n\nWork with multiple data models and large datasets to deliver reliable and scalable solutions\n\n Partner closely with Campaign Managers and business teams to translate requirements into technical implementation\n\nSupport campaign measurement and performance reporting through data management, preparation and automation\n\nContinuously improve existing processes by introducing reusable logic and automation opportunities\n\nGradually expand into Machine Learning Platform (MLP) initiatives and future customer engagement capabilities;\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field\n\nExperience with SQL and ETL development\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to understand business and product objectives beyond technical requirements, applying critical thinking to identify data inconsistencies, challenge assumptions, and proactively drive improvements\n\nAttention to detail and strong focus on data governance and data quality\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment\n\nGood communication skills in English\n\nIt would be considered an advantage\n\nExperience with cloud data environments\n\nExperience with Databricks, Apache Spark or similar technologies\n\nExperience with Python, Airflow and/or dbt\n\nExperience with customer
