Expert Business Development POS, Sofia Описание General duties

DSK Bank is looking for an analytical, responsible and well-organized professional to join our Business Development team and support merchant acquiring and POS payment services.

The initial focus is on operational activities, including processing POS requests, handling inquiries and coordinating operational cases. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements and automation, developing expertise in business processes and operations.

Main responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Review, approve and administer requests for new merchants and changes to existing merchants, locations and POS terminals.
Check data and documentation against established requirements and provide guidance when corrections are needed.
Handle inquiries received through the shared mailbox.
Analyze reported incidents and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams.
Prepare reports, analyses and operational summaries.
Support colleagues involved in selling and servicing POS solutions.
Contribute to improving procedures, workflows and data quality in line with card scheme requirements.
Participate in the testing and implementation of new functionalities and process automation.


Requirements
A university degree - Bachelor’s or Master’s.
At least one year of relevant professional experience in banking, back-office operations, payment services, business customer support or sales.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and a practical approach to resolving issues.
Ability to organize tasks, work independently and follow cases through to completion.
Clear written communication and good teamwork skills.
Very good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience with POS services, card payments, request processing or operational incident handling would be an advantage.
