This role focuses on eliminating manual processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling scalable, secure automation across the enterprise.\n\nYou will work closely with business stakeholders, M365 platform teams, and governance partners to deliver reliable, well‑architected automation solutions aligned with organizational standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAutomation & Application Development\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain Power Automate cloud and desktop flows to automate business processes across Microsoft 365 and integrated systems\n\nBuild Power Apps to support automated workflows and user-facing process solutions\n\nDevelop reusable components, connectors, and standardized automation patterns\n\nIntegrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Dataverse, and approved third‑party systems\n\nImplement approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and exception handling workflows\n\nEngineering & Platform Practices\n\nApply software engineering principles (versioning, error handling, logging, documentation) to low‑code solutions\n\nSupport ALM for Power Platform, including solution packaging, environment separation (Dev/Test/Prod), and deployments\n\nOptimize performance, scalability, and reliability of automation solutions\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in production automations and apps\n\nGovernance, Security & Compliance\n\nEnsure solutions comply with Power Platform governance, security, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies\n\nFollow enterprise standards for identity, access control, auditing, and data handling\n\nPartner with platform and risk teams to review and approve automation designs\n\nCollaboration & Enablement\n\nWork with business teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions\n\nProvide technical guidance and best practices to citizen developers\n\nContribute to documentation, templates, and internal knowledge bases\n\nParticipate in Power Platform communities of practice and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n2+ years of experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Automate , UiPath or other RPA Tools\n\nStrong understanding of Power Platform connectors, triggers, actions, and expressions\n\nExperience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)\n\nExperience with Dataverse, security roles, and data modeling\n\nHands‑on experience with Power Platform ALM and environments\n\nFluent in English\n\nStrong problem‑solving skills and ability to design resilient automation solutions\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with RPA (desktop flows, attended/unattended)\n\nUnderstanding of Power Platform governance, DLP, and licensing models\n\nExperience using Copilot or AI Builder within Power Platform solutions\n\nMicrosoft Power Platform certifications (PL‑100, PL‑200, PL‑400)\n\nWhat we offer\n\nExcellent opportunities for professional and career development\n\nAttractive annual bonus scheme\n\nAdditional Health Insurance\n\n20+5 paid annual holiday leave\n\nFood vouchers in the amount of up to 102.26 EUR per month\n\nFavorable conditions for housing and mortgage lending, as well as for DSK Bank products and services\n\nPreferential conditions for Multisport / CoolFit card\n\nDiscounts in more than 20 companies\n\nProfessional trainings for specific knowledge and skills\n\nIf you are challenged by this opportunity, we would be glad to review your application.\n\nOnly short-listed candidates will be contacted.
