Machine Learning Platform is foundational solution that enables multiple use-cases inside the Bank: machine learning model development and deployment, customer offer computation and automating real-time customer journeys.\n\nWe are looking for talented and self-driven professional, that will lead the team designing and developing our Machine Learning Platform (MLP). Our MLP is built on Azure Cloud, using Azure services, open-source tools and custom developed code. It is a great opportunity to really make an impact on banking!\n\nTeam Lead – Sr. Software Engineer for Machine Learning Platform\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n· Owns the MLP architecture and roadmap\n\n· Align with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Markets, IT Cloud & IT On Prem, InfoSec & other teams on future development of Machine Learning Platform\n\n· Lead integration of MLP with other Bank’s systems\n\n· Ensure stable operation of production environment, provide all required observability stack, maintain runbooks and incident response procedures\n\n· R&D infrastructure & service improvements via new approaches, frameworks, etc.\n\n· Proposals for changes\n\n· Collaborate with the data scientists’ team to improve the monitoring of the machine learning models performance.\n\n· Participates in different digital projects and cross functional teams.\n\nExpectations\n\n· Strong python experience (sqlalchemy, fastapi, etc.)\n\n· Docker & Kubernetes knowledge\n\n· Understanding of software design patterns and testing\n\n· Ownership mentality, curiosity & pro-active approach\n\n· Verbal and written English\n\nIdeal candidate\n\n· Knowledge of relational databases (Postgres) and streams (Kafka)\n\n· Azure and Databricks experience\n\n· Experience with Java or Scala\n\nYour challenges\n\nWe are building a Machine Learning Platform and we will require low-latency features- and data-stores for real-time model-serving.
