architectural decisions, technology choices, and long-term platform direction\n\nDefine and enforce Android engineering standards across the team including code quality, testing practices, and release readiness\n\nLead solution design for new features and major platform initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability\n\nDrive adoption of modern Android development practices - certificate pinning, secure storage, biometric authentication, and session management - in a regulated banking environment\n\nEnsure Android implementations meet applicable financial services compliance requirements\n\nWhat You Bring\nTechnical Stack\n6+ years of Android development experience with deep Kotlin expertise\n\n2+ years in a tech lead or senior engineering leadership role managing direct reports\n\nStrong proficiency in Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI development\n\nSolid understanding of Android architecture patterns - MVVM, Clean Architecture, Repository pattern\n\nExperience with coroutines, Flow, and reactive programming patterns\n\nProficiency with dependency injection frameworks - Hilt or Dagger\n\nExperience with Android testing frameworks - JUnit, Espresso, Mockk\n\nFamiliarity with RESTful API integration and mobile networking patterns\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines for Android - GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or equivalent\n\nProficiency with version control workflows -
