You will assist the HR team with a broad range of HR activities, including onboarding, employee relations and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires a proactive, people-focused professional who can build strong relationships and handle sensitive matters with discretion.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, inductions and exit interviews\nPrepare and maintain employment contracts, letters, reports, and other HR documentation\nMaintain accurate employee records and keep HR systems up to date\nAct as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions\nHandle day-to-day HR administration, including filing, record-keeping and data entry\nMonitor employee absence, annual leave and other HR-related data\nCoordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities\nAssist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures\nWork closely with payroll, recruitment, and other internal teams\nSupport learning and development activities when required\nPrepare HR reports and provide relevant data to management\nStay informed about changes in employment legislation and HR best practices\nHandle employee information with a high level of confidentiality\nParticipate in HR projects and carry out other related duties as required\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field\nAt least 2 years of experience in an HR administration or HR support role\nGood knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices\nExperience with onboarding and employee relations\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nProfessional, approachable and solutions-oriented attitude\nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly\nFluent English, both written and spoken\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office\nExperience working with an HRIS will be considered an
