As part of a team that values curiosity, collaboration and bold thinking, you'll help create secure, simple and intuitive digital experiences that build customer trust.\nWorking within our Trust & Security portfolio, you'll partner with Product Managers, Engineers and fellow designers to shape experiences across web and mobile. Whether you're improving how customers verify their identity, helping protect them from scams or making security interactions feel more seamless, you'll contribute to experiences that make banking safer and simpler for our customers.\nYour day-to-day\nDiscover and shape opportunities\nContribute to discovery activities using research, customer insights and data to understand customer needs and identify opportunities.\nHelp shape customer problems, participate in workshops and support product direction with evidence-based insights.\nDesign, test and iterate\nCreate customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs in Figma.\nTest and refine solutions using customer feedback and qualitative and quantitative insights.\nApply systems thinking to create connected, intuitive customer experiences.\nCollaborate and contribute\nPartner closely with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders throughout discovery and delivery.\nClearly communicate your design thinking and contribute to workshops, design critiques and agile ceremonies.\nContribute to our design system to create consistent, accessible and high-quality experiences.\nA bit about you\nWe're looking for a Product Designer who enjoys working across the full design lifecycle, from helping shape problems through to designing, prototyping and validating solutions.\nYou're curious, collaborative and customer-focused. You enjoy simplifying complexity, working through ambiguity and partnering with others to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.\nWe're interested in hearing from people with:\n3+ years' experience designing digital products within cross-functional product teams.\nExperience contributing to discovery, research and end-to-end product design.\nStrong UX, interaction and visual design skills, with proficiency in Figma.\nAn understanding of customer journeys and the ability to translate insights into intuitive digital experiences.\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills.\nExperience using AI tools to support research, ideation, prototyping and design workflows, while applying sound judgement and responsible use.\nA growth mindset and a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful product design and customer impact.\nNice to have\nExperience in financial services or another regulated industry.\nFamiliarity with experimentation or metrics-driven product development.\nExperience designing for identity, authentication, fraud, scams or other trust and security experiences.\nA bit about us\nWe're on a mission to become Australia's favourite digital bank by creating experiences that are simpler, safer and more useful for our customers.\nOur people are at the heart of that transformation.
