The retirement business has grown steadily since its inception in 2015, and we have written over $14 billion in total PRT premium as of year-end 2025. Known for customer service excellence, Banner Life retirement secures the retirement of over 200,000 annuitants annually.\nPurpose and Objective\nThe Delivery Coordinator will support the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives within the Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) business. This role is responsible for coordinating release activities, supporting Agile delivery processes, maintaining project documentation, tracking issues and action items, and facilitating collaboration across business, operations, IT, quality assurance, and vendor teams.\nThe ideal candidate is highly proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring projects and releases remain on track and aligned with business objectives.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate and support software release activities across multiple projects.\nMaintain release schedules, deployment trackers, and delivery milestones.\nSupport release readiness reviews and deployment planning activities.\nCoordinate post-release validation activities and issue tracking.\nMonitor release dependencies, risks, and action items.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning sessions.\nTrack project deliverables, and dependencies.\nProvide status updates and ensure follow-up on assigned actions.\nAssist in gathering and documenting business requirements.\nMaintain project documentation and repositories.\nMaintain incident/ ticket logs.\nTrack project issues and action items through resolution.\nSupport identification and escalation of project risks.\nCoordinate activities across business, operations, IT, quality assurance, and vendor teams.\nSchedule and facilitate project meetings and follow-up discussions.\nMaintain project and release status reports.\nTrack progress against planned milestones and deliverables.\nSupport preparation of dashboards and project metrics.\nMonitor open risks, issues, and action items.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n5-6 years of experience in Release Coordination, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Agile Delivery Support, or related roles.\nWorking knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.\nExperience working in Agile or similar project delivery environments.\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nExperience using project tracking and collaboration tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Pension Risk Transfer (PRT), Insurance or Annuities.\nExperience supporting policy administration and operational business processes.\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies.\nExposure to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.\nStrong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.\nAbility to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.\nAttention to detail with strong documentation and follow-through skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nThe expected hiring compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 USD annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
