We offer a hybrid workplace and a competitive compensation package, including pension according to ITP1, health allowance, parental leave top-up, and health care insurance.\nYour mission\nDesign and build scalable data pipelines for analytics and AI-driven features.\n\nBuild on our existing lakehouse foundations to shape the architecture's next stage, balancing performance, flexibility, and cost.\n\nEnsure high data quality and reliability, implementing best practices in data modelling, governance and observability.\n\nCollaborate closely with our Data Analysts, Chief Architect, Engineers, and Product teams to create data-driven features and insights.\n\nEvaluate and implement new technologies to ensure a modern, scalable, and future-proof data stack.\n\nSo, what are we looking for?\n5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer/Data Platform Engineer/Data Lead, working with large-scale data processing.\n\nStrong knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure, or AWS).\n\nExperience working with data lake and lakehouse technologies (cloud storage solutions, Iceberg tables, Delta Lake, etc.).\n\nExperience working with workflow orchestration platforms such as Prefect, Dagster, or Airflow, including designing, implementing, and operating data workflows in production environments.\n\nExperience with PostgreSQL, including data modeling, query optimization, and building reliable data movement patterns between operational and analytical systems.\n\nExperience with designing scalable architectures and pipelines that support large datasets efficiently.\n\nPassion for AI/ML-driven data features and enabling advanced analytics.\n\nProblem-solver mindset, you love optimizing performance and building robust systems.\n\nCuriosity & ownership - you thrive in an environment where you can experiment and improve.\n\nNot sure if you check all the boxes?
