As HR Generalist, you will support the delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration and policy implementation, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies and labour legislation.\n\nJob Summary\n\nEmployer: BANNERMAN MINING RESOURCES NAMIBIA\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nLocation: Swakopmund, Namibia\n\nCategory: Human Resources\n\nClosing Date: 2026-11-04\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCoordinate recruitment and placement activities, including screening, interviews, employment offers, onboarding and probation reviews.\n\nSupport employee relations by providing first-line guidance, preparing documentation, maintaining case records and escalating complex matters.\n\nCoordinate training and development activities, including training needs, logistics, records, evaluations and statutory requirements.\n\nEnsure statutory HR compliance and reporting, including Affirmative Action (AA) reporting, VET Levy submissions and NIEIS registration and reporting, within prescribed deadlines.\n\nAdminister the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, employee changes, leave, payroll inputs, HRIS data, personnel records and offboarding, while responding to HR queries and ensuring accurate, timely and compliant HR processes.\n\nRequirements\n\nA Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations or a related field (NQF Level 7).\n\nThree to five years' experience in a similar HR position;
