M&A: Provide the service of Engineering & Technical due diligence/evaluation.\nc.) Construction project: Negotiate, Manage EPC contract and all related Construction Management works.\nResponsibilities:\nReview and provide engineering advisory in the project engineering, construction and commissioning phases base on individual and area of expertise.\n\nEngineering consultation for Company’s Power Projects improvement in both efficiency and reliability (Plant and equipment) especially to technical problem or issue that impacts return/dividend to the company.\n\nConducting Power Projects performance evaluation and result analysis for improvement opportunity.\n\nProviding engineering expertise in New Power Projects to match Company’s growth strategic (Feasibility study, Technical advisor/coordinator, Conceptual design, Bidding process support, Technical Due-diligence).\n\nOrganizing high quality “Engineering and Technical services” in rapidly changing priorities and requirements of the Company and Subsidiaries.\n\nManaging power business data and information management inside the organization encourages the Company’s sustainable Knowledge Management process and system.\n\nQualifications:\nEducation\nBachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering.\nExperience\nHaving 5-10 years in Power plant Engineering / Commissioning / Project development / O&M.\nHaving 3-5 years in Management level.\nHaving solid background in individual field of study.\nBasic knowledge in Project finance and economics.\nSkills\nCCGT\nEPC of Power plant\nProject development in Power business\nPower plant project\nEngineering for CCGT\nEngineering for Power plant\nSystematic thinking and Strong Analytical skill.\nProject and Contract management.\nContract development and negotiation skills.\nTeam management & Leadership skills.\nEngineering software e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, MS project/Primavera.\nGood command of written and spoken English.
