The receptionist will have to ensure welcoming experience while\nmanaging front-desk operations and supporting administrative tasks.\n\nMain\nresponsibilities\n\nAttending to visitors\n\n Attend\n to all visitors and clients in positive and friendly manner\n\n Meet\n the Client’s expectations \n\n Treat\n all clients with courtesy and be able to calmly deal with conflict\n management.\n\n Ensure\n that staff members are timeously informed when their clients and guests\n have arrived.\n\nAnswering and screening calls\n\n Answer\n all telephone calls promptly and professionally\n\n Direct\n / transfer callers to appropriate staff members and departments or to\n their voicemail in the case they are not in the office\n\n Ensure\n that messages are thoroughly, correctly taken and are passed to the\n relevant person in a prompt and efficient manner.\n\nBooking of meeting rooms \n\n Manage\n meeting room bookings through the digital diary and walk-ins/ad hoc\n requests \n\n Ensure\n that the meeting rooms are properly organised and cleaned accordingly\n before every meeting commences\n\nAdministration and co-ordination for the department\n\n Keep\n the telephone list updated and circulate to the organisation on an ongoing\n basis for ease of reference\n\n Deal\n with couriers and deliveries arriving to the Head Office and distribute\n them accordingly.\n\n Maintenance\n of the reception area ensuring that there is no accumulation of parcels.\n\n Ensure\n the Reception area is always clean, tidy and stocked with periodicals and\n company literature\n\nAny other cognate duties.\n\nTechnical and Soft Competencies/Skills,\nKnowledge\n\nStrong verbal and written\ncommunication skills\n· \nComfortable to converse in English\nExcellent organizational skills with\nthe ability to multitask effectively\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\n(Word, Excel, Outlook)\nA friendly, approachable demeanor with\na professional appearance\nExcellent Grooming\n· \nAbility to handle customer inquiries or concerns calmly and\nefficiently\nPlanning Prioritising & Time\nManagement\n\nExperience\n& Qualifications\n\nAt least 3+ years’ prior experience in\na receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is
