The Junior Process Engineer will be responsible for applying established process engineering principles, methods, and procedures to support project and design activities. Working on assignments with clearly defined objectives, you will perform engineering calculations, analyze data, and contribute to process design solutions while exercising sound engineering judgment within established guidelines. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, clients, and field personnel to exchange technical information and support successful project execution.\nDuties & Responsibilities include:\nPerforms work within the Process discipline which involves the preparation, interpretation or review of calculations, specifications, plans, investigations, systems or equipment with some basic degree of complexity;\nParticipates in the following:process design, including simulations, concept sketches and layouts;\nthe use of engineering computer programs and solutions;\npreparation or review of engineering studies and reports;\npreparation of process specifications and design calculations;\nequipment design and development;\npreparation of drawings (PFDs, P&IDs, DPDTs…)\ncollaboration with Piping and Plant Layout, Mechanical, Civil, Control Systems and Electrical engineering disciplines.\n\nReviews design documents of equipment manufacturers or subcontractors of a basic degree of complexity and prepares comments and recommendations;\nActs as a strong team player within the home office engineering team.\n Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
