This is an in-office role, five days per week, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT to align with global teams.”\nJob: Junior Financial Analyst\n\nJob Profile:\nAs a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support core accounting and financial operations across multiple operating companies. You will execute key finance processes including general ledger (GL) accounting, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and month-end close activities.\nThis role provides an opportunity to deepen your accounting expertise and support financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP while gaining exposure to global operations and Banyan’s acquisition-driven model. You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, including the use of automation and AI tools, while supporting integration of newly acquired entities.\nJob Responsibilities:\nExecute month-end close activities, including journal entries and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.\nPrepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.\nProcess and review GL, AP, and AR transactions in accordance with established procedures.\nSupport day-to-day accounting operations across assigned entities.\nAssist in audit processes and ensure proper documentation.\nSupport cash flow tracking and reporting.\nContribute to budgeting and forecasting data preparation.\nPerform variance analysis with guidance from senior team members.\nPrepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports.\nSupport integration of newly acquired operating companies, including reconciliations and process alignment.\nAssist in preparation of basic acquisition accounting schedules.\nFollow and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and support automation and AI initiatives.\nCollaborate with internal and cross-functional teams.\nQualifications for Success:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.\n3-5 years of relevant experience.\nStrong understanding of accounting fundamentals and working knowledge of US GAAP.\nExperience with GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations.\nProficiency in Excel; ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).\nStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.\nGood analytical and communication skills.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package.\nExposure to global finance operations across multiple regions, with the opportunity to build specialized expertise.\nThe opportunity to contribute to and shape a growing global function within a long-term, acquisition-driven organization.\nA collaborative and challenging environment with cross-functional and international exposure.\nOngoing learning and development opportunities, with the potential to grow into broader regional or global roles over time.\nOur Commitment to Equal Opportunity:\nBanyan Software International (Private) Limited d/b/a Banyan Canopy Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
