Then we’ve got the job for you!\nWe are looking for a proactive and detail-focused BI and Systems Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising business intelligence tools and business systems that support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.\nDevelop clear, accurate, and user-friendly data visualizations that translate business requirements into meaningful insights.\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data models to support reporting, analytics, and system requirements.\nExtract, transform, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.\nIdentify and resolve data quality issues, working with relevant teams to improve source data and business processes.\nProvide administration, user access management, and troubleshooting support for CRM systems and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.\nMaintain and enhance PowerApps applications and Power Automate flows to meet business needs.\nSupport end users, resolve system issues, and help ensure platform security and performance.\nIdentify opportunities to integrate systems, automate workflows, and improve data flows, tools, and processes across departments.\nStay informed of platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.\nEnsure your safety and the safety of those around you by following all safe work practices, policies, procedures, and instructions.\n Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\nProven experience in BI/reporting development, including dashboard and report creation (QlikSense / PowerBI).\nStrong SQL skills, including querying, data transformation, and working with data models.\nAbility to design clear, accurate, and user-friendly data models, dashboards, and visualizations.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.\nExperience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate is advantageous.\nMicrosoft certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, or related technologies are advantageous.\n Why join Bapcor?
